New Global Telecom integrates comprehensive service delivery components to provide a robust product suite for the provision of IP telephony services. 6DegreesIP is supported operationally by NGT’s skilled people and extensive processes & tools, together with vigilant VoIP monitoring, ongoing maintenance and regular upgrades to ensure consistently reliable leading-edge functionality.
Program Overview
At the core of the 6DegreesIP product suite are the VoIP service bundles based on BroadSoft’s BroadWorks® platform. These VoIP applications are sold as TelPacks for either residential or business users and pricing is based on a “per-seat” basis. Trunk Replacement Services are also available. Included with the VoIP core services is training, CPE support, access to the online 6DegreesIP Resource Center that includes over 150 downloadable sales, marketing and technical support items, and 24x7 Tier 2/3 Support services.
Additional add-on services to the VoIP core include voice services (IP origination and termination), FCC-compliant E911 services, an integrated Microsoft Outlook® & Internet Explorer Telephony Toolbar, a Reception Console, and advanced Web- and Audio-Conferencing capabilities.
