Holidays

Level 3's employee-owners receive 7 1/2 paid holidays, including New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after, Christmas Eve (1/2 day), and Christmas Day.

Paid Time Off

Our employee-owners also earn vacation on a monthly basis as follows:

• Less than 2 years: 18 days per year
• 2 to 5 years: 20 days per year
• 5 to 10 years: 23 days per year
• 10+ years: 28 days per year
